Service Agreement
By booking our cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Tidy Malta provides professional cleaning services throughout Malta and Gozo.
Booking and Scheduling
- Services must be booked in advance
- 24-hour cancellation notice required
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- Access to property must be provided at scheduled time
Service Scope
- Services include general cleaning as specified in your booking
- Special requests should be communicated in advance
- Hazardous materials cleaning is excluded
- Pet waste cleanup requires advance notice
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- Accepted payment methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit Card
- Late payment fees may apply
- Prices are subject to change with notice
Liability and Insurance
- We carry comprehensive liability insurance
- Damages must be reported within 24 hours
- Pre-existing damage should be noted before service
- Liability limited to cost of cleaning service
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to property
- Secure valuable items
- Inform us of any special requirements or hazards
- Provide accurate contact information
